New System Computers provide a comprehensive PC repair service in Horncastle, Woodhall Spa, Coningsby, Spilsby and surrounding villages. We pride ourselves on precision and maintaining good relationships with our clients, which means that every PC repair is completed to the highest standard. Most repairs procedures follow 3 easy steps:

  1. We collect and diagnose the PC for you.
  2. We’ll call or message you to discuss what’s needed.
  3. On your approval, the work goes ahead, and the PC is delivered back to you fully tested.

(Where possible, we do also offer on-site repairs. This can be discussed at the time of enquiry.)

Pricing

For PC repairs, most of the overall cost is largely dictated by the cost of any replacement components that may be needed. However, we’ll always agree a plan and a price before commencing any work.

Windows PC’s, Laptops & MACS

We support both Windows & Apple based PC’s along with Laptops & Notebook devices. Most PC or Laptop repairs follow 3 easy steps:

  1. We collect and diagnose the PC for you.
  2. We’ll call or message you to discuss what’s needed.
  3. On your approval, the work goes ahead, and the PC is delivered back to you fully tested.

We can also offer on-site repairs, but in most cases we tend to say that longer jobs require the device to be with us in our workshop, and we can collect and deliver your device for you to save you the hassle. This also means instead of an hourly rate, a full diagnosis can take place, and a final quote agreed before work commences.

If you decide that you’d rather not go ahead with a repair after receiving the diagnosis, then we can arrange to deliver your PC back to you without any further charge. This would all be covered under our standard diagnosis fee.
