New System Computers provide a comprehensive PC repair service in Horncastle, Woodhall Spa, Coningsby and surrounding villages. All of our repairs are carried out to a high standard, and you have the added peace of mind with our ‘No Fix No Fee’ policy in operation. If we cannot fix the problem, there simply won’t be a charge.*

* We will never charge for labour if the problem has not been fixed, however we may still charge for call out (if it’s more than 10 miles from our office), but this would always be agreed on beforehand.

Pricing

Costs here are very much down to the costs of parts needed. We do not charge hourly for this service, but we would always agree on a final price before completing any work.

Windows PC’s, Laptops & MACS

We support both Windows & Apple based PC’s along with Laptops & Notebook devices. Whilst we are able to carry out any kind of repair work that you may need on Windows devices, we can only provide software based support for Apple devices. The reason for this is that (at the time of writing) Apple simply will not allow independant repair businesses to carry out any form of repair work on their products. Hopefully, this will soon change with the introduction of ‘Right to Repair’ laws.

We can also offer on-site repairs, but in most cases we tend to say that longer jobs require the device to be with us in our workshop, and we can collect and deliver your device for you to save you the hassle. This also means instead of an hourly rate, a full diagnosis can take place, and a final quote agreed before work commences.
