If your PC/Laptop has been feeling a little sluggish recently, the good news is that in most cases, the issue can be resolved without having to replace the device. If you live in Horncastle, Woodhall Spa, Coningsby, Spilsby, or surrounding areas, we can perform a mobile PC health check, including checking for any unwanted programs or malware. (Often, when you download programs on to your PC, other programs get bundled in, and can cause your computer to run more slowly over time.)

We can also help with new software installations, such as upgrading from Windows 7/8/10 to Windows 11.

Windows System Reset

This service restores your computer back to its original factory settings.

This might be useful if you are planning on selling your computer. We can also complete this at your home address if required.

Virus Removal

This service is for computers that have been infected with a virus. Our removal service will take care of them for you, restoring it back to how things should be.*

We will also make sure that Windows Defender, or any other anti-virus software you have installed is configured correctly, along with removing unwanted remote monitoring tools that a scammer may have installed if they connected to your PC.

*(We cannot always guarantee data recovery if your PC has been infected with a virus, but we will do our very best to recover what we can.)

Computer Health Check

An MOT for your computer. We check to make sure that there isn’t any unwanted malware, viruses, or spyware installed.

We also give the internals a good clean out to make sure that the fans inside can keep your computer nice and cool. This aids performance and longevity, and reduces fire risk.

We can also offer advice on any upgrades for your computer.

Our mobile collection & re-delivery service is included if you are within 10 miles of Horncastle. Other covered areas include Woodhall Spa, Coningsby, Spilsby and surrounding villages.

The above price does not include the cost of parts, but does include our mobile service as long as you are within a 10 mile radius of Horncastle. Anything beyond this would be agreed beforehand.
