About Us

New System Computers is a family run business, operating mainly within Horncastle, Woodhall Spa, Coningsby and surrounding areas of Lincolnshire.

We are fully insured, with qualified individuals carrying decades of both general and area specific IT experience between them.

The business owner has both over 8 years of experience in the private medical IT sector handling highly confidential data on mission critical platforms & over 12 years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting in the general IT sector, along with a number of years of hardware support and maintenance. This means extensive involvement and awareness of GDPR & other Data Protection related matters along with Server Management, problem solving and client/business relationships. Besides all that – Rather un-stereotypically… – it’s racing karts that fills the free time, hence some of our work is in and around the motor sport industry.

Other members of the team are made up of family & friends, also carrying many years of experience within the general IT support & hardware related areas.

No Fix, No Fee

Across all of our repair services, we operate a ‘No Fix No Fee’ policy for added peace of mind. This includes call outs*. If we cannot fix the problem, we simply won’t charge you. We’ve seen so many repair centres/businesses charging minimum call out fees which whilst we can understand, we believe can be avoided with the correct workflow.

*  Free within 10 miles of Horncastle & only if we cannot provide a diagnosis over the phone. If you’d still like us to visit then a call out charge will apply on a pre arranged basis.
