When I first contacted them it was not possible to fit me in for a week. However the next day Josh contacted me as they had had a cancellation for the following day, that is definitely customer service. We’ve all been there, but please don’t panic! We can offer advice & help with recovery, with the added reassurance that no charges apply in the rare case that no data can be recovered.

Standard Rates

Due to the nature of the work we carry out, we charge per 30 minutes rather than by the hour. We believe this to be a fair method, as most issues can be resolved within 30 minutes and no one likes to pay for time they haven’t used! Most importantly though, we can guarantee:

Home Call Out/Collection

Onsite rate for home users is charged on a 1/2 hourly basis.

There is no charge for collection if you are within 10 miles of us (Horncastle). Anything over would be agreed upon beforehand.

Business Callout/Collection

Onsite rate for businesses is charged on a 1/2 hourly basis.

There is no collection charge if you are within 10 miles of us. Anything over this would be agreed upon beforehand.

Remote Support

Remote support is charged per 30 minutes.
