Standard Rates

All of our pricing is completely transparent, and we charge per 30 minutes (20 minutes for remote support) instead of by the hour. This saves you money, as most issues can be resolved within this time. Below are our rates for labour depending on the service. For more specific needs, such as upgrades, or software installations, please get in touch so that we can provide a free quote. If we are collecting your device using our mobile service, then a final quote is always agreed before we begin any work.

Home Call Out

Onsite rate for home users is charged on a 1/2 hourly basis.

There is no call out charge if you are within 10 miles of us (Horncastle). Anything over would be agreed upon beforehand.
